London Heathrow and US lounges
We’ve introduced plant-based menus in our London Heathrow and US lounges to improve the choice for our customers while also ensuring that sustainability is at the heart of what we offer.
For those looking to sip on a special tipple, world-famous bartender Mr Lyan has created a range of cocktails exclusively for British Airways using a line-up of British ingredients.
Plus, our exclusive brand partnership with Bottega allows you to add a celebratory touch to your lounge experience. Why not indulge in a glass or two before you jet off?
We know your time is precious, so we offer free Wi-Fi throughout our lounges. At London Heathrow, you can even watch live sport or selected entertainment in our 20-seat cinema.
You can keep up-to-date with the latest headlines or escape into your favourite magazines with PressReader, all accessed from your electronic device with our ‘YourMenu’ digital platform.
If you’re accompanied by little ones in our Heathrow and Gatwick lounges, they’re in for a treat with our Skyflyers characters Peggy and Leon. The kids’ spaces provide ample entertainment in the form of play zones, toys and engaging activities to keep children occupied ahead of their next adventure.
You can also enjoy contactless entry at Heathrow lounges, where you’ll simply need to scan your boarding pass when heading inside.
International lounges
Geneva lounge
At our decadent Geneva lounge, you will find a lively lobby bar front and centre with spirits, wines and sparkling selections on hand. While a separate seating area with plush armchairs and banquette seats provide the perfect spot for unwinding or catching up on work prior to your flight.
Johannesburg lounge
Sit back and relax in our elegant and contemporary Johannesburg lounge, where a brasserie dining area and a pre-flight à la carte menu, with handpicked selections from our in-house chef, will keep your appetite satiated.

Eligibility
Our lounges are available for passengers who are:
- Flying on a scheduled British Airways flight in First, Club World or Club Europe.
- A Silver or Gold Member of the British Airways Executive Club on a scheduled flight operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld partners.
- A Sapphire or Emerald member of any of the oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes on a scheduled flight operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld partners.
- Over the age of 18 or, if under the age of 18, accompanied by a responsible adult. Local laws relating to the consumption of alcohol will apply.
- Sapphire or Emerald members are welcome to invite one guest to enjoy the lounge with them.
